I am beyond happy with the service with this amazing team! It might take a little bit to get approval from the owner for a repair, but they are on top of getting it done! Barb is the all time best when I call at checking status of everything!!!!!

I hired sales agent Stephanie Mueller to help me sell my house and she was so great! She was quick to respond to my messages and always provided the information I needed in a clear and straightforward way. The sale was quick and painless, and I have her to thank for it. 10/10 recommend!

This is my second happy experience with Investment Realty. The first was in a single family home more than 10 years ago. I lived there about 4 years. Maintenance issues were few and far between, but were always resolved promptly and properly. <br/> <br/> Now, back in the area 10 years later, I have moved into a brand new 4-plex. The kitchen is "fully loaded". I love my new place! Minor needed touch ups have been reported to maintenance and I fully expect the same great service I got 10 years ago.
